Draft — operational content, not attorney-reviewed. These are the practical terms of using QAForgeHub's invite-only private beta today. They are not a substitute for formal legal review before any paid public launch, and create no warranty or service-level commitment beyond what's stated here.
QAForgeHub is an invite-only private beta. Access requires a valid invitation. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance.
You're responsible for the security of your own credentials and for enabling two-factor authentication if your organization requires it for your role. Don't share your password or session with anyone else.
Don't use QAForgeHub to store content you don't have the right to store, attempt to bypass its access controls, or interfere with other organizations' use of the service.
You and your organization retain ownership of the issues, comments, Sprint data, and estimates you create. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything other than operating the service for you.
QAForgeHub offers a Free plan (no payment method required, limited to 3 active projects and 5 members per organization) and a paid Pro plan (unlimited projects and members). Pro is priced and billed per organization, not per seat — the price doesn't change based on how many members belong to the organization. Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription; the current price for each is shown on your organization's Billing page before you subscribe, and again on the Help Center's Billing & Plans article.
Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, matching your chosen interval) until the subscription is cancelled. Lemon Squeezy may collect applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar charges based on your billing location. We don't store your payment card details ourselves — that's handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy.
Only an organization's Owner or Administrator can subscribe to Pro or manage an existing subscription. Managing a subscription — updating payment details, switching between monthly and annual billing, or cancelling — happens through Lemon Squeezy's own hosted billing portal, linked from your organization's Billing page.
An organization Owner or Administrator may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing portal described above. Cancellation is organization-level — it affects the whole organization's plan, not an individual member — and stops future automatic renewal.
Cancelling doesn't end Pro access immediately: the organization keeps its current plan's features through the end of the billing period already paid for, then returns to the Free plan automatically unless another subscription is established. If the organization is then over the Free plan's project or member limits, nothing existing is removed, archived, or deleted — you simply can't create additional projects or add additional members until you either resubscribe or bring usage back under the Free plan's limits. Cancellation does not itself create a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law or otherwise provided under the Refund Policy.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. QAForgeHub does not provide prorated refunds or credits for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation. Duplicate charges, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — see the Refund Policy for the full rule and how to raise one.
The private beta is provided as-is, without warranty of uptime, data durability beyond the documented backup procedures, or fitness for a particular purpose. See the Security page for how security issues are handled.
QAForgeHub is operated by DleetSoft. A specific registered legal entity structure (for example, an LLC or corporation) for DleetSoft has not yet been confirmed and is not asserted here. A business mailing address has not been published for this agreement. Governing law and venue/jurisdiction have not yet been determined and are intentionally left unresolved pending an operator and legal counsel decision — don't assume any particular jurisdiction applies until this section states one. The plans/subscription/payment, cancellation, and refund sections above describe QAForgeHub's actual current billing behavior, provider relationship, and operator-approved commercial policy, but — like the rest of this document — have not been legally reviewed. Limitation-of-liability language, indemnification, a registered legal entity structure, a published business address, and governing law/jurisdiction remain unresolved and are not represented as enforceable in their current form.
